The TCortiço Restaurant, located in the heart of the historic city of Viseu is without fail a restaurant to visit. One of the oldest streets of the city, is one of the most iconic and charismatic restaurants worthily represent the famous Gastronomy Beirã. Founded in 1967 by Don Zeferino who had just returned from the former Portuguese colonies, was initially created in order to be a typical Portuguese tasquinha, however, and thanks to the rapid demand for public fan of good food, he decided displaceable up to the villages of the region in order to make the collection of old recipes, testing them and making them in dishes that still prevail on the menu, with the same flavor of old.
