(SUPPORT UNIT TO VILLAGE)
 
Newly built, rectangular plan, gable roof, with a porch in the continuity of coverage, Summer house, was exclusively conceived and designed to provide the occupants of the other houses a service tailored to your needs and desires.
multifunctional building for use as reception, meeting and dining room, has a large room where, on request it is possible to serve breakfast and / or a traditional typical meal of the island, or simply enjoy a glass of good wine produced on the island, on the porch, and simultaneously enjoy the magnificent and incomparable views of the vast ocean, the neighboring island of St. George and the majestic mountain that gives its name to this island's charms!
It also has a support pantry and a toilet.
 
WINTER HOUSE
 
Rural dwelling house built in order to basalt stone masonry, completely rebuilt in 2012, without any external plastering, respects the original architectural characteristics, in particular its plant in L and 2 water coverage. The interior divisions were executed, like the original design, wood criptoméria. The ceiling in wood incense (Pittosporum indulatum), was cut exclusively for this purpose, taking into account that today is no longer used.
The furniture in chestnut wood, one of the oldest and traditional materials used, high quality both in terms of durability as the aesthetic level, are old but have been restored and preserved. The wooden "Brown" is able to give the parts that are the basis of its making a historical dimension that goes beyond the very quality that is inherent. Hence the value of these rustic-style furniture does not reside only in its aesthetic but above all on the type of material they are made, and which reveal a bit of history and culture, whether in its raw material.
