The current owner, D.ª Silvina da Silva Raimundo or D.ª Silvininha as she is affectionately treated, promised her mother-in-law that there would be to continue with the manufacture, religiously following the original recipe.
The plaque erected on the tiled wall, at the door of nº37 on Rua D. Jorge Lencastre, reveals their origins while D.ª Silvina – 90 years old, continues the family business.
But this house is not only known for Ovos Moles, as it produces the tastiest biscuits and traditional cookies in the city.
