Azorean International Film Festival
From December 19 to 21, 2024, the Micaelense Theatre in Ponta Delgada, on the island of São Miguel in the Azores, will host the inaugural edition of the Azorean International Film Festival. This event is designed for all types of audiences, from industry professionals to cinema and music lovers, as well as the general public, including both children and adults.
The festival opens with a networking event dedicated to professionals in the field. The program includes a showcase of Azorean cinema (December 19) and three competition sections: the International Open Call (December 20): Competition I – family-friendly films; Competition II – music videos and films focused on music; Competition III – open theme.
